It's no wonder every good gym has an area for them and every good instructor can't seem to go without them, kettlebell workouts give an all over body session that will give you the strength of a bull, physique of a professional boxer and cardiovascular fitness Jessica Ennis has to take note of. And whats more you can burn 400+ calories in as little as 20 minutes.
Also KB training is very easy to start and some of the easiest of their unique exercises offer the best positive benefits available. Take for example the kettlebell swing; a fundamental exercise but it's 1 of the greatest fat burning moves available and is one of the easiest to actually execute.
Also a huge bonus of kettlebell workouts are the fact that you can get going safely from you own home and lose some of the unwanted flab before you even join up at a gym. So for example as a beginners kettle bell routine you could do swings for 30 seconds followed by active recovery of round the body pass for 30 seconds; As it happens it's one of my most highly rated beginners workouts because it only consists of 2 exercises and as you get fitter you simply increase the speed of the swings until you can go all out. In fact I still do that workout at least once a week when doing high intensity interval training or HIIT because it's just so effective in minimal time.
So if you're on the fence about using kettlebells to get fitter, stronger, and leaner it's time to jump down and grab the bell by the horns and swing to a new level of fitness.
